Data controller

Ferrari Carlos Amilcar — GUEST INCOMING DI CARLOS FERRARI, VAT no. 04310880986, REA BS-604796, Via Giuseppe Malighetti 23, 25030 Paratico (BS), Italy. Email: info@guestincoming.it.

Scope and data processed

The online form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact channel, enquiry category and information you choose to enter about your property or stay. Providing this information is voluntary; without essential contact details we may be unable to reply. The website does not use enquiry data for newsletters or advertising.

Data, purposes and legal bases

Browsing involves technical data needed to communicate with and protect the website, such as IP address, server requests, date and time, and browser information. To answer enquiries we process the contact details and information you choose to provide. For enquiries about a possible service, processing is necessary for pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); other correspondence is handled on the basis of legitimate interests in managing enquiries and protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and external services

Enquiries are handled by the controller and sent to info@guestincoming.it. Hosting and email are provided through Aruba. To limit automated submissions, the server hashes the IP address and user-agent and stores the hash with submission times in temporary files that are not web-accessible. It keeps up to three submissions in a ten-minute window and removes expired files on the next submission. The original IP addresses and user-agents are not included in messages or application logs. Necessary technical providers and public authorities where required by law may access data. Data is not disclosed publicly. WhatsApp and Booking.com are optional external services and are not embedded in the pages.

Retention and security

Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are kept to respond and for no longer than 12 months after the last interaction. If a relationship begins, the applicable service terms and legal obligations apply. Technical data and backups follow the hosting and email service cycles and are retained for operation, security and recovery. No website can guarantee an absolute absence of risk.

Your rights

Where applicable under GDPR Articles 15–22, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests by writing to info@guestincoming.it. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the competent authority. Reading this notice does not constitute consent to marketing.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not use application cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or profiling identifiers. Language is selected through links; fonts and images are hosted on the website. The form sends data to the server and does not write cookies or data to your browser. WhatsApp and Booking.com links open external services with their own notices and choices.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the website or its processing changes. The version published on this page is the current version.
